3. Make a direct, specific ask: “I am asking you to support and pass Bill 115…” clarity forces accountability.

4. Use structured demands: "Fund a provincial Black Health Equity Framework"

5. Reinforce urgency without exaggeration: “Black women cannot continue to…”

6. End with accountability and expectation of response: “I would appreciate a response…”
